Why my SubtitleEdit try to change ". for ... on OCR fix?

I removed all my OCR replace list from SubtitleEdit folder on Roaming to check if there was a miss or wrong filter on my .xml lists, but it persists. I searched for ... and there was nothing there, that looks like to be responsible for this.

If I uncheck OCR on the fix common errors, it stops trying to replace it. Otherwise, it tries to replace ". for ... as you can see here

The " starts on lines above of the subtitle and close in the end of the quote.
I did a test, if I change the line and start the line with quotes " then the OCR filter doesn't try to change ". for ...

this .xml lists I have on my Dictionaries folder (inside Roaming and inside the installation folder) are only these 4:

1. eng_OCRFixReplaceList.xml
2. eng_OCRFixReplaceList_User.xml
3. por_OCRFixReplaceList.xml
4. por_OCRFixReplaceList_User.xml

On the english lists I didn't change anything, only on the portuguese I made changes.
I want to avoid this change and I OCR fixes are essentials to me.
Anyone could help me?
