这集重点是聊 Swift evolution，请到的两个嘉宾都提交过 proposal。聊到了这个流程的历史、目的、现在存在的问题，总体来说内容不错。

但是这一期的 Kelvin 说话非常不清楚，有一些地方实在听不清，会对翻译有一定的影响，想尝试的同学可以挑战一下。

而且对相关知识需要有一定了解，这集重点讨论的几个 proposal 如果不清楚内容，有些地方可能翻译错误。
