500c011 error will not clear #189

I'm running bambu-farm (1.3) with 6 P1S's. All are on the latest firmware (01.06.01.02). I have a single Panda Touch connected to all 6

2 out of 6 printers show this error which I believe is a false error based on a previous issue.

power cycling does not help.

is there anyway to clear this error or determine what is causing the error.
