我的环境是Koishi v4.18.0， wife插件v0.1.0，使用QQ adapter，启用cache-database时，输入/wife指令报错。

看起来是QQ adapter的原因，这个问题能解决么

以下是我的QQ机器人配置：

在官方的开发者平台也已经开启沙盒测试，/echo 等功能均可以正常工作

这应该是个通用 API（官方文档），按理说不应该出现这种情况……

你去官方仓库开个 issue 问一下呢？可以放个这个 issue 的链接供他们调查
