Do you think a good idea to let the browser/virtualizer calculate the column widths?

@tannerlinsley I'd like to have a table with virtualized rows and columns, and column width's that are automatically calculated from the column content. Looking through your comments in other issues, it looks like the only way to do that is to avoid table layout, is that correct?
