Filters

timeframe (1h, 24h, 7d, 30d, ALL. || DEFAULT = 24h)
search box (easiest way to allow filtering by hotkey or vali name - just search delegate field)

Stats (governed by current timeframe filter)

num of del/undel
total tao del/undel (with final +/- value)
% tao staked
APR history chart (data will be on the price data table we create in explorer - historical is in my json to be added to table)
