关于开发模式下，service不容易获取的解决方案 #85

多次打包经验，但是依旧没法正常访问服务

研究了一下这个链路，electron会启动service下面的txsim-local-service.exe（后端服务）

但是会报错起不来，然后我手动起了一下，端口是8302，代码里的端口改为8302能通了，但是显示bad request。

看了下可执行release中的exe的所有服务都是9000，就不如直接用exe的服务（即：前端去simapp启动三个项目，然后service直接用exe的服务）
