[Request] FTPS support

Hello,

Is it possible to add ftps (ftp_ssl_connect()) support for uploading? most of hosting now activating tls for their ftp server.

No, it's not implemented. FTPS support would be great (now everyone it's switching to TLS), but I've been a little busy to work on it.
P.D: The code for https proxy on geturl may help.
