Some ideas to streamline and pretty-up the console output.

• consistent spacing between status messages (right ragged)
• Replacement of ANSI escape sequences with something agnostic, so it works via ssh or on old Terminals.
• Clear division between different steps
• In the end, make Device/VM ID clickable with URL, when possible.
• Status bars for validation, parameter retrieval and list analysis.
