Hello.

Not sure if this is the best place to ask but suddenly cannot connect to camera. It is on the network with a fixed IP address and plugged into a brand new Netgear POE switch.

Any thoughts?

Good morning!

Can you check what happens if you restart the service?

In any case, we updated the GigE driver on our website last week, maybe that lessens the probability of whatever went wrong happening again.

Hello. Service restart made no difference. It turns out I had the latest GigE stuff installed (1.1.0.674) but I had to reinstall to get it working again. Does the service log at all?
Thanks for listening.

Did you recently upgrade from the previous version, or just install 1.1?

If so I will notify development that there might be something wrong with the upgrade process.

Hi @TIS-Tim. Honestly not sure. Probably did an upgrade.
