Volume slider isn't updated while a menu is open

Hello.

If a menu is open while the volume changes on the server, the volume slider gets out of sync:

The problem stands here, but I'm not sure how to fix it.

I believe, there's no one-liner to fix it, and this issue is also related to slider knob jittering when changing volume using two-finger scroll on trackpad. Call me lazy, but i will just leave this as is.
