想添加图生图的功能，但是MCP tool 中无法获取上传的图片 base64 字符串。

效果如下：

如果发送的消息中增加了base64的内容，会撑爆llm的请求。最好是用文件路径加上解析的mcp服务来解决这个问题。

这里其实本意想把文件路径传给 mcp tool，但是不需要通过文件名描述的方式，而是选择文件。

是否可以增加一个选项，选择文件（仅提取文件路径）
