Fix in the instructions

You have to run the script Flash.sh, and then when the screen shows "waiting for fel", connect the USB cable. I was thinking that my boards where all bad, when I've read in other script that the cable has to be plugged when the message appears, not before.

And please leave a note about the version of ADB tools, as noted here #30 (comment)

And THANKS, this is the only script that worked.
