Only zero was displayed in column Density and column Volume.

Hi all,
I'm trying to use Beacon on Revit 2021 in China. Even though I checked materials' type, density and volume, materials were classified as unknown , and only zero was displayed in column Density and column Volume.

Here are the methods I have tried so far:

1. change Revit to an older version
2. reinstall Beacon
3. change the metric units of Revit to English-Imperial

I don't know if there is anything else to set up in Revit. Hope you can help me infer the problem.
