Add Standard tags in options

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When checkin i have to set all tags manually for each checkin, but if i have a ticket for a month i have the same ticket and class for the most of my chekcins, so this could be a standard value.

I also have been thinking about storing the last few used values for each tag. This could also implement your idea.
For the default visibility I thought about using the default status visibility which is configurable in the settings of Träwelling.
