easy mode and expert mode

It is very unlikely, that a non-expert would add key - value pairs.

Easy mode

As described in the issue #16 (make free tags intuitive), it reduces complexity a lot to leave key-value pairs out of the editor for most users, as they would not know, what keys to add to the structure, and would rather not make use of that segment of the editor than mess anything up, or probably would do just that.

Expert mode

There is quite a bunch of users, especially around the developers, that could make use of a key-value menu, that would very likely be overwhelming for the non experts. So it would be great to have that as optional display, that is just shown on request.

Maybe this can be just a collapsible field (advanced settings), which is by default collapsed. That would be easier and more fluid than having some easy and expert mode.
