Children notes are not created when creating a custom-template note from the tree context menu #1506

Description

in the note tree, right-click to "Insert a note"
choose a custom template that actually generates children notes

Outcome : children notes are not generated.

Expected outcome: should be the same behavior as when adding a custom-template note while writing.
