Exception trying BurndownChart.fsx sample in 10/8/13 release

This is a timeout when downloading dlls. We'll have to pre-populate the dlls or suppress this error and download in the background and re-typecheck once the download has finished. The later won't work when the script is run as a once off as it will fail typecheck the first time....
