The initial configuration is not performed due to a network error. After i press Finish in Configuration Wizard dialog box "Unable verify the version" appear. IDE closed. If you select 'Skip configuration' the application crashes with an error "Could not find a part of path 'C:\users\username\AppData\Local\Tsunami\user'".

I get this too which I've put down to the fact we are behind an authenticated proxy. The app needs to prompt for proxy credentials.
