Can I to use it with web forms project?

I would assume so...

I haven't really worked with Webforms much, but everything in here is straight-up Identity 2.0. You may need to do some puzzling out. Also, I think at the time this post was written, we still needed to pull down the Identity Samples project into an empty ASP.NET project. Now Identity 2 (2.1, I think) is incorporated out of the box.

I haven't enough experience with .Net, I comming from php frameworks as Laravel, Symfony.
I want to be sure of to use it with last version Identity 2.1 + web forms, maybe MVC 5.
