Hi,

I want to try and look at the vectorization results in Fiji or imaris/napari, and I would like to overlay the centerlines / tissuetypes on top of the original image. The centerlines and tissuetypes images are of different size which does not differ by an integer number. I wonder if this can be controlled, and if I can get these output in the original size image.

Thanks
Ofra

Hi Ofra,

All of the output *.tif files in the visual_vectors and the visual_data folders should be the same size as the original input original_*.tif file in the visual_data folder.

I'm curious to know more about your issue, what are the sizes of the images, I wonder.

Regards,
Sam
