Information needed on the Sensors:

  • Sensors used for Perception, include the reasons for the use
  • Sensor Fusion Algorithm that will be used
  • Noise FIltering Algorithms to reduce Sensor noise - Kalman Filters or Particle Filters?
  • Localization Techniques - RTK GNSS, SLAM?
  • Mapping Algorithms
  • Object Detection Algorithm
  • Path Planning Algorithm

-Lidar [Reason: used for obstacle detection becasue it has good range ] ( https://ca.robotshop.com/collections/lidar ), general cameras [Reason: For detetcing qr code tags and we can use for general object detection],any RTK GNSS depending on budget [Reason path planning and mapping]
-Kalman filters [multiple resources online]
-RTK GNSS
-Nav2 for Mapping Algrothims, Path Planning
-Object Detection Algoritm- Possibilities: CNN
