Symptoms

The game requires the .NET Desktop Runtime to play. I used protontricks and used these instructions, which fixed the issue.

While using this fix, when creating a new world, the game goes black and does not respond.

The game also runs extremely poorly on the menus with Proton Hotfix.

Reproduction

1. Open the game with at least Proton 7.0, click the New World button
2. Create a world, then click Play Offline
3. Observe
