Since the repository has standardized fact and dimension tables, there is the opportunity to enhance user experience by creating a semantic layer built on top of these tables with YML files.
This semantic layer would include a set of foundational metrics that users can easily plug and play in their BI tools, simplifying the process from data modeling to data exposure.
Curious to hear if anyone has already implemented this! 👀

You are the first person who I've heard mention this but it sounds like a good idea. I mostly work with dbt Core and don't haven't implemented the semantic layer yet on dbt-GA4 data.
@adamribaudo-velir works with a larger data engineering team. Maybe they've started something.
