Some feature added in not included in v2.36.18 release

Overview

It appears that some features merged into the master are not included in latest release v2.36.18 .

Background

• Pull request pass mfa-token in AzureAD provider  #1355 was merged on Oct 21, addressing issue Option --mfa not supported for AzureAD #902, which requested support for the --mfa-token option when using AzureAD as the identity provider.
• The latest release, v2.36.18, was tagged on Nov 15 was based on a commit from August 8c6f0ff , which predates the merge of pass mfa-token in AzureAD provider  #1355.
• I asked this question at Option --mfa not supported for AzureAD #902
• I looked into it, not only pass mfa-token in AzureAD provider  #1355, but also the following PRs have been merged into master, but it seems that they have not been released.

• I want the new version to be leased with the current master.
• Please consider release process to ensure that merged pull requests are consistently included in future releases.
