Refactor the whole lib to async #5

The HA works as async. Because of this fact, the lib should be re-write/refactor to async mode. See: https://developers.home-assistant.io/docs/en/asyncio_index.html

This lib will not be modified. The refactored lib will be available in this repo: https://github.com/W00D00/home-assistant-elero-async
