First time, second macro refuses to function

I've successfully done exactly what I wanted for the first macro, which is set it to trigger a hotkey at 7 mod 15 minutes. great. then I copied the macro, so the settings are all the same, except I added 3 seconds to the time and changed the hotkey, to then turn off the source that the first one turned on. when I run them manually they work fine, but every 15 minutes the source turns on then never turns off. What am I missing?

Nevermind, I had match behavior skip set to 3 seconds so it was ignoring the trigger
