Initially the IC2 copper cable connects fine to the remote thermal monitor and they receive power as indicated inside the remote thermal monitor, but after restarting the server, the IC2 cables are no longer connected and they sit there floating in the air. If I remove the remote thermal monitor and add it back to the same spot the IC2 cable connects again as expected, until the server is restarted.

This can make relying on the remote thermal monitors to shut off the reactor very dangerous. If the cable from IC2 doesn't connect after the server is restarted, then they don't receive power, and therefore they will not trigger the reactor to shutdown, due to lack of being powered.

EDIT: Found that after the chunk is reloaded, sometimes the cable is not connected.
