Add field for password confirmation and manager id

We need to link our employees to a specific manager so that they get notified when they join the site. This will also ensure that we don't have random people joining in the early stages.

While this is being done go ahead and add a field for password confirmation.

I am going to create a manager reference number that will be six digits instead of just using the manager id
