English Dictionary Plugin: Wox.Plugin.eDict

I had developed a dictionary plugin and maintain it continuously. It's a simple implementation but works fine since there's no alternative available.
In case Wox doesn't have any plans to build one, can add this. Also happy to work on it to make it better if there's any feedback.
