Describe the bug
Fresh install of macOS Monterey, fully signed in my Apple ID, when trying to install Xcode 13.3.1 the app give error "Unable to install Xcode, Please file a bug report"

To Reproduce
1- start Xcodes.app
2- click on Install Xcode 13.3.1(13E500a)
3- Error "Unable to install Xcode." without any further information.
Expected behavior
It should be able to install Xcode.

Version

  • OS: macOS Monterey 12.3.1
  • Xcodes: 13.3.1 13E500a
