I'm sorry this is regarding a recent issue I reported but have had to open a new one because that one was closed out even though the problem still persisted (see Issue # #7470, same title). I tried some earlier versions of z3 and was able to determine that 4.13.0 was the most recent rev that did not produce this problem (and also ran fine in my original code). So it appears that there is some dependency that more recent versions have that I am not aware of, or this problem may have crept in in 4.13.2.
