Simulating phase shifting when pass the dipole-based phase-shifter in free-electron laser (FEL) facility.
This directory keeps the cpp source code of phaseshift CLI command, which is written for simulating the phase shiting in the FEL facilities, normally passing magnetic struct called phase-shiter.
The usage can be found by simply type phaseshit in terminal.
