Show EMP on Nuke UI

The nuke UI should display blue circles for antinukes that are known to be stunned/disarmed, perhaps with a colour fade cutoff of about how long it takes a nuke to land. The stun time should be indicated somehow too. This would need to be remembered and predicted for enemy antinukes.
