Scalpel dodges too slowly and will run into enemies if unchecked.
If a Ronin is infront of Reavers and Knights for example, the Scalpel will try to try dodge projectiles instead of kiting the enemy resulting in that the Scalpel happily drives into range of Knights and Reavers.
