Add a button to http://www.zomis.net/codereview/shield/create.html , or some way of having a bot automatically create a pull request to the repository and add a Code Review Shield to the README.md file.
Possible options are:
Have Duga continuously scan for new Code Review questions that contain a link to a github repository
Downsides: Can create false-positives, would be a bit "spam-ish"
Downsides: Anyone would be able to click it, would be a bit "spam-ish"
Have Duga scan for questions and post a comment to the question containing a link to the Code Review Shield creator, which can contain a quick button for making a pull request, or the OP could reply to the comment.
Downsides: Feels a bit "spam-ish", clutters comments.
Have Duga scan for questions that can be used as Code Review Shields on request (searching for a specific users questions only), possibly by using a chat command once Interactive useful commands Duga#89 is more stable
Downsides: Doesn't provide very good visibility for the Code Review Shield, requires some manual interactions.
Other options...?
