Should be pretty self-explanatory.

I think it would be very handy for Duga to be able to inform The 2nd Monitor about questions that have been closed, then subsequently had code added/updated IF the question was closed for broken code, or no code. This would allow more rapid responses to these questions (rather than waiting on users of the review queue's to see them).
