SHA256 Signed DLLs

Hello,

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm looking to use YamlDotNet in our enterprise environment. Our security requirements specifically require that the DLL itself have an Authenticode digital signature using SHA256. When checking the DLL's properties, we don't see a Digital Signatures tab/section.

Could you please add a step to your build process which that includes a SHA256 signature?

You might be better off compiling and signing the library yourself. It’ll be a while before we can do that to this library.
