[brd] somehow 0603 pads get rotated

Initial placement of the libcms/smd0603 part looks fine. Somehow, under some condition, the pads get rotated so they point 'outwards'. I'm having trouble reproducing.

Some thoughts:

• A lot of problems started occurring when modules started being saved with the board.
• If the saved module library isn't cloned properly and there are references sitting around, this might cause weird inheritance issues and possibly give pads etc weird values from other places that should independent (but aren't).
• Things might go haywire if pads had parent id that wasn't properly assigned (should be fixed from [brd] undo does not restore nets #57).
