First Deployment failed

Hello, I followed all the basic instructions and the tutorial to do my first commit and the workflow failed at 'Build with Jekyll' step with the error:
Liquid Exception: Liquid syntax error (line 64): Unknown tag 'toc' in /_layouts/post.liquid

Due to this the deploy step got skipped and gh-pages branch was not created. Then, I looked into previous discussions and tried changing the ubuntu version in deploy.yml file to 22.04. But I am still getting the same error.
