At the moment, one has to verify recurring tasks by hand every time.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be very useful, to have some sort of auto verification.
The system could be like the auto approval used by various Swiss banks for the e-bill, where an auto verification rule can be set up for bills.
The auto verification should, be based on a daily, weekly and monthly budget for tasks per the employee.

Example: The team has a daily sync meeting, which should not take longer than 15 min. Therefore, an auto verification rule is set up automatically verify up to 15 min on the task "Daily Sync" for every team member.
Now, only the exceptionally longer tasks need to be looked at by the supervisor.
