Suggestion: Add non-functional but movable train tracks

Movable train tracks would be really nice for a lot of builds like turntables and bridges. These tracks won't actually be functional due to the way train tracks work, but if they are used with invisible functional tracks it gives the illusion of the tracks being moved.
