I can't recreate this bug--is it persistent? I.e. if you reopen the game, does it still crash?

No idea why this would be happening--I'm just using the vanilla forge item, block and creative tab registries.
I'm reading through the log and trying to figure this out. Thanks very much for bringing this to my attention.
