[Feature Request]: LLama 3.3 support

Llama 3.3 is not currently supported by ag2.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like for it to be supported as 3.1 is currently supported.

Additional context

Llama 3.3 changed format on how tools work. It no longer uses ipython role from Llama 3.1, buy they migrated to tools. This means that if you use ag2 with Llama 3.3 the tools will not be correctly invoked.

Are there any plans to support Llama 3.3?
