Keyframe Nudge does not work on the latest Blender versions anymore

Not sure why it's still there since it doesn't work on the latest versions of blender anymore and i've heard the user abandoned the project so we won't be expecting any updates from it anytime soon. Which is a shame because this would've been a really useful addon for animation blocking.
