Admin - a milestone - deadline date field, accepts the past date

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[demo]/#/milestones/edit/22

Overall Getlancer.
Login as admin.
Go to projects and select milestone.
Edit Milestone - deadline date field, accepts the past date
