Describe the bug
Service - photos - when we click the "upload file" button, the required validation message is displayed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

[domain]/quote_service_photos/13

Overall Getlancer.
Log in as a freelancer (shri / agriya).
Go to list your service and add service photo.
when we click the "upload file" button, the required validation message is displayed.

Expected behavior
Without giving the value, we clicking the "submit" button, the validation message should be displayed.
