Quick submit should select by default a linked storage provider (if available)

I seem to remember we already discussed this and that there was a technical issue with it. We can discuss it offline.

The problem seems to be that the secrets request takes a little bit longer to complete, so if the user clicks on the submit button too fast, this request may not have loaded yet. I'm currently working on it.
