It may be that you have corrupted fonts or that your pc just refuses to install them. I suggest redownloading the fonts and try the same process you used to install them. If all else fails then I don't know what else to say.

Could possibly be that your are trying to install the folder itself and not the content in them? If you are in Windows 10, Do "Windows Key + i > type "Font Settings" into the search bar > open the first result. Under "Add fonts" you should be able to drag and drop the files. Make sure you drag the .otf or .ttf files and not the folder itself.
