Provider IP #711

Another kind of feature request or possible mini issue: The recent Cloudflare verification keeps popping up every few minutes if I leave the Console open in a tab to do other stuff, while also not a big issue and I know this has to do with protecting from bots and stuff, it does get a little frustrating to see the pop up so much. Similar to the accepting cookies pop ups in every website in recent years. Other sites that use the Cloudflare verification do not show these pops when inactive for such short periods of time,so maybe the inactive period can be extended a bit and other sites with this Cloudflare verification only ask for it once, guessing that after verifying once there really should not be much need of more pops ups after some inactive period? |
hey @rodri-r thanks for the feedback. We're gonna look closer into cloudflare. It's a new feature, so some tuning needed prob |
Thank you @ygrishajev here is a short video of what I mean. I agree some fine tuning is probably needed The first Cloudflare verification is normal to me, but then right after logging in I get another Cloudflare verification and like I mention before, if I go to another tab and come back to console after a few minutes, the Cloudflare verification pops up again. This is not an issue, but rather a feature request, which I don't believe is implemented yet.
When you create a deployment and add SSH access to it, you do get the 22 port in the Leases tab info under the URI(s) section, but one still needs to find the provider's IP in order to SSH into the deployment. To do this, I believe the only current option is to go to a site like https://dnschecker.org/ enter the provider's main domain and you get the IP there.
If possible, I think fetching the provider's IP and showing it in the URI(s) section would make it simpler for users to SSH into machine. I have seen a few people asking how to find provider's IP in Discord in order to SSH into their deployments.
